Dan Lepard's perfect pizza base and tomato sauce recipes

I made this recipe last night and it was amazing! I highly recommend trying it out if you have guests, or just fancy a pizza!

Ugh, holy shit… Got drunk on wine last night and have not stopped puking today…

I felt sick in the morning and I had to go get shopping so I stuck my fingers down my throat to get it out of my system and managed a pitiful little vom, but then I got in the car with my Mum, sat there for about 5 seconds then spectacularly threw up out of the car door… Then got out of the car and did it again, all over myself…

I felt better after that, so I went and got changed and we went to the shop… Then in the car I felt I’ll again, but we couldn’t pull over, so I leant out the window, and threw up all over the car, and managed to get puke all over myself and in my dreads too… But I had to get my shopping so I wiped myself down with some tissues and got on with it… My Mum bought me some new trousers cos now all of mine are in the wash!

I actually feel ok now, just need a good shower to get the sick out of my hair! Think I need to stop drinking, the hangovers are getting worse and worse..

Ugh I suck. Have a raging back/neck ache plus post-pilates wobbly legs… AND I started waxing my lady parts and got distracted so my fanny looks like a dockyard cat… Sexy.

Felt weirdly ill and really achey so tool two tramadol pills. Still feel achey, but now super chilled and floaty so I don’t give a shit!

Been drug free for about 8 months now so this feels gooooood…

Seeing as my new house is quite far from the gym, I decided to do the Pop Pilates April workout calendar instead… Obviously yesterday was the first day and it was fucking hard, especially as it was a few videos that I’d not done before and it usually takes me a few goes to get all the moves perfect…

I did a quick Tara Stiles yoga workout afterwards too, which was nice. Only a beginner’s thing so very simple but nice after a heavy workout…

However, today I feel like achey shite, so tonight’s workout will be difficult… Ah well, guess that’s what I’m aiming for!

Last night I made one of those poverty inspired, anything you can find in the cupboards meals, of brown rice, a tin of chopped tomatoes, a chopped onion and some spinach… It was ok but a little dull…

Today I took the leftovers to warm up, whacked a ton more spinach in and a bit of olive oil… Then I decided to empty the dregs of a sachet of Bombay potato spice mix in there…

HOLY SHIT SO YUMMY!

Think I’ll try and reproduce the same thing for my lunches during the week!

Really wish my arm scarification would stop oozing… It’s really fucking gross, I keep feeling it trickling in my sleeve.. I guess I didn’t notice when I had my back scarred because my clothes are usually fitted in the body section…
